From September 24 through 28, mobile, digital and social media professionals will gather in 14 cities around the globe for Social Media Week, a chance to network, learn and share best practices in the space. Like any good conference, the basics are covered. Industry big wigs? Check. Event mobile app? Check. Plethora of hashtags? Check. Creative integration with a moving vehicle? Wait…what?
During Chicago Social Media Week, Edelman Digital, in partnership with Volkswagen*, is launching the EdelBug—a branded Volkswagen Beetle Turbo. The EdelBug will cruise the streets of Chicago, making stops at Social Media Week events, transporting event attendees and offering up some [auto]-mobile integration.
